Real estate crowdfunding is a modern investment model that allows individuals to participate in real estate development projects by pooling capital through a regulated digital platform.

Instead of purchasing a property directly, investors contribute a chosen amount to a specific project — such as a residential building, commercial property or renovation project — and receive a proportional share in the project outcome under the terms of the project agreement.

This model has gained regulatory recognition across the European Union and offers a structured, transparent alternative to traditional real estate investment.

This platform operates in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers and under the supervision of HANFA (Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency).

How it works

A four-step process

Review projects

Browse available real estate projects on the platform. Each project includes complete documentation: project location, sponsor profile, financial structure, timeline and risk assessment.

Make an informed decision

Review the project prospectus and risk disclosure documents. Choose an investment amount appropriate to your personal financial situation and risk tolerance. There is no obligation to invest.

Track progress

Once a project is launched, investors receive regular updates on construction progress, financial milestones and any material project changes.

Project completion

Upon successful completion of the project and in accordance with the terms set out in the project agreement, returns are distributed proportionally to investors. Outcomes may vary depending on project performance.
