Jadranfund d.o.o. ("Jadranfund", "we", "our") processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR (OG 42/18).

2. Categories of data we process

We process data you voluntarily provide (name, surname, email address, phone, address), technical data (IP address, device type, browser type) and data collected through cookies with your consent.

3. Purposes of processing

We process your data to provide information about the platform, send the newsletter (with consent), fulfil legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and for internal analytical purposes.

4. Legal basis

Legal bases for processing are: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or in line with statutory obligations (e.g. accounting documentation — 11 years).

Data may be processed by our contractual data processors (IT infrastructure, email services, analytics providers) strictly on our instructions and under data processing agreements.

8. International transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. Exceptionally, if such a transfer were necessary, we will apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational protection measures (encryption in transit, access control, regular security reviews).
